Join our Wedding Fayre Family

Since 2017, we’ve focused on running events that feel as good for the suppliers as they do for the couples. We know how much work goes into a wedding fayre, which is why we make it our priority to look after you on the day.

From a warm welcome during setup to being on-hand throughout the event, we’re here to ensure you have a smooth, successful, and stress-free experience. We pride ourselves on a “no-pressure” atmosphere that encourages couples to actually stop and chat with you, rather than just walking past.

We’ve always believed that a wedding fayre works best when it feels like a community, not just a room full of separate businesses. When you join the Lordswood family, you’re becoming part of a supportive network of professionals who genuinely look out for one another. We encourage our suppliers to connect, recommend each other, and work together to make the day a success. It’s that collaborative spirit and ‘all-in-this-together’ atmosphere that our couples feel the moment they walk through the doors.

Stand Rates & Options

All bookings include your choice of a 6ft Trestle Table, a 5ft Round Table, or a Space only plot.

The Little Extras

Breakfast & Refreshments: We believe a well-fed supplier is a happy one! We provide a complimentary breakfast bap (choice of sausage, bacon, or vegetarian) during setup, plus self-serve tea and coffee to keep you going throughout the day.

The Catwalk: There is no additional charge to feature your products or services in our show. Please note that spaces are limited, so you must let us know in advance.

Visitor Leads: We share guest registration data (names, emails, and wedding dates) for all visitors who have given consent.

Parking: Ample free on-site parking is available.

The Fine Print
Please note that if a stand with power is selected, we provide a single standard UK 13A socket. Your power supply will be shared with other nearby suppliers who have opted for power but we will provide with your own socket to plug in under your table. All power is evenly distributed on our side, all you need to do is plug in!

Space only sizing is usually around 3m x 2m, though we are often able to make the space larger once the final floorplan has been confirmed.

How It Works

Step 1: The Enquiry

Fill in the form below to enquire about a space. We’ll check availability for your business category and confirm availability via email.

Step 2: Confirmation

We’ll check if you’re happy to go ahead and answer any questions you might have before moving forward.

Step 3: Secure Your Space

Once you confirm, we’ll send an invoice (via Kent Media Group Ltd). You can pay in full or just a £20 deposit to secure your space. The balance is due 1 month before the date of the Wedding Fayre you are booking.

Step 4: The Final Countdown

About a week before the show, we’ll send over your full “Arrival Pack” with timings, loading, and access info.

Step 5: Showtime!

The day comes! Join the family for a great day. Our team is on-site all day to make sure you have everything you need.

Step 6: Leads & Loyalty

Within days, we share visitor leads and stats. You’ll also get a 7-day priority window to book for our next Wedding Fayre before it opens to other suppliers.
